Problem
The existing crusher no longer held the fraction: the share of over-crushed material grew and the grain shape stopped meeting the road builders' requirements.
Solution
We supplied a cone crusher with hydraulic setting adjustment and selected a liner profile for granite. Tuning was done on site from belt samples rather than from the data sheet.
Result
The line produces cubical grain and holds the 5-20 mm fraction without re-screening. A spare liner set was left in the customer's warehouse.
