Liner and jaw plate replacement at a cement plant

The crushing section stops for maintenance once a year and the window is three days. The wear part set had to arrive before the shutdown date, not after it.

The set was assembled from drawings and from measurements of the worn parts: jaw plates and cone liners. It shipped from stock two weeks before the window so the plant could receive and check the parts in advance.

The replacement fitted into the maintenance window and the line restarted on time. Service life until the next replacement was recorded in the maintenance schedule together with the plant.
